Kulhad Chai

There's something about these red mud-baked tumblers. Die-hard fans swear that chai has the thick brew rapidly being appropriated by the Western world served in them develops a taste and aroma that the finest china (ulp) cannot capture. Eco-friendly, hygienic and easily available, they were the railways tumbler of choice till the early 1990s. Earlier this decade, Lalu Prasad attempted to revive their use with mixed results, but we aren't giving up the fight just yet.
